How to be proactive about your annual review

The annual review is an excellent opportunity to know what you’ve accomplished in the previous year and how your performance has been, but it's also a good moment to signal to your supervisor that you're expecting more and ask them to advocate for you. There are in fact a few things you can do to prepare for your annual review, and to be proactive about it.
